Hello! my name is Isabel! Thank you for choosing me to be your service provider! I am a Licensed Nail Tech, 2x Certified Structured Gel Manicure Specialist, Licensed and 2x Certified Lash Extension Artist, and Licensed Esthetician! My mission is to make all of my clients feel comfortable in their own skin, and to let their inner beauty shine from within. With my services we will achieve your goals by maintaining natural skin, nail & lash health while simultaneously promoting growth of all! PAYMENTS: For services & products sold, I do not offer any refunds of any kind! No exceptions! Payments accepted: -Cash (exact change preferred) -Card/Card on file No extra guests or children unless they are also being serviced You may cancel your appointment 48 hours ahead of time. Less notice will result in cancellation fees cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service No shows will be charged 100% of the service and will not be allowed to rebook. If you are more than 15 mins late it will be considered a no show and you will be charged accordingly. Deposits will be non refundable, you will be able to reschedule 1 time without a new deposit (if last min. or no show, you will be charged accordingly for that) Deposits will vary depending on the service. Deposits will be applied towards your appointment. After hours/Squeeze in fee of $30 will be applied to your total if you are needing in outside of my availability (if im available to do so) Please arrive at the time of your scheduled appointment and no earlier. My door will be locked at all times going forward, and it will remain locked once you are inside for the duration of your appointment. If you arrive early, please text me; otherwise, please do not come in until your appointment time. This is for the safety of both myself and my clients. PARKING INFORMATION: Feel free to park anywhere in the lot of Shoppes on Main. Entrance located with the door labeled suite J, once inside walk down the steps and we are located inside the door on the left! SICKNESS/SANITATION: If you have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive person, flu, sickness, are experiencing symptoms or are waiting for test results of a COVID-19 test, please cancel/reschedule your appointment for mine and other clients safety. All tools, equipment, and furniture are cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected according to state law requirements.
